Information DramaWave Collects

DramaWave collects the account details you provide, customer service communications, membership card records, playback progress, favorites, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

When you sign in with Google, we receive the account identifier, verified email, display name, and profile picture provided by Google. We do not receive your Google password.

Information is used to provide accounts, membership access, and playback services, record progress, provide customer support, prevent abuse, measure service performance, and fulfill legal obligations.

Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies are used to maintain sessions and ensure security. After you consent to analytics, playback start events are counted in daily totals and do not include account or anonymous visitor identifiers.

Infrastructure, storage, identity authentication, email, and security service providers process information only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information.
